Qualifications & Experience:-
- Tertiary qualification with analytical/ commercial subjects
- Strong computer literacy: MS Office, Pro, MS Project, Excel, Acces
- Minimum of 3 years systems/ business analyst and project management experience
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Programming experience or knowledge would be an advantage
Specific skills:- analytical ability, attention to detail, sound business acumen, good interpersonal and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, results driven
Duties & Responsibilities:-
- To ensure that the company's systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices
- Support of existing business processes and technology
- Research, propose and manage new developments and changes to business processes, systems and technology
- System analysis and documentation
- System cost management and budget control
- Business process design - functional and technical specifications
- Training manual development, facilitation and maintenance of training workshops
- Project management in various parts of the business
