Qualifications & Experience:-

• Tertiary qualification with analytical/ commercial subjects
• Strong computer literacy: MS Office, Pro, MS Project, Excel, Acces
• Minimum of 3 years systems/ business analyst and project management experience
• Retail experience will be an advantage
• Programming experience or knowledge would be an advantage

Specific skills:-  analytical ability, attention to detail, sound business acumen, good interpersonal and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, results driven

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• To ensure that the company's systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices
• Support of existing business processes and technology
• Research, propose and manage new developments and changes to business processes, systems and technology
• System analysis and documentation
• System cost management and budget control
• Business process design - functional and technical specifications
• Training manual development, facilitation and maintenance of training workshops
• Project management in various parts of the business
