Our large blue chip client is looking for an Innovative, Creative Business Analyst, who has Instand Messaging experience and can listen to, understand and document client requirements.

Ensuring that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution

Understanding of the business requirements, process documenting, validating and translating it into functional specifications

Testing and validating the functionality of the technical solution.

Working with multiple business areas and multiple teams that require deep integration of solutions

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Business Case

Assist business to articulate the benefits they wish to realize with the solution

JAD sessions

UML models
Build & demonstrate GUI prototypes
 

Qualifications & Experience           

• IT degree
• Honours, BA and PM Training an advantage
• 4 years Business Analyst experience
• Experienced in an Instant Messaging environment
• SQL experience
• UML experience
• Object Orientation experience
• Experienced in User Interface design
• Data Modelling experience
• ITIL, CMMI
• Software architecture
• Data modelling techniques
• Solution Architecture
• Process Mapping
• Entity Diagram mapping
• Software testing pack design, functional testing
