An exciting opportunity in the Institutional Business Analyst Team is primarily responsible for the analysis, improvement and support of business processes and system requirements in the Institutional Business. Its goal is to provide the Institutional Business with processes and systems that are simple, efficient and systematic. The focus of this role is the analysis of business processes and the development of software requirements. You will work closely with business users, other analysts and software developers. You will help to ensure that business processes are optimised at the same time that new software is developed.

Requirements:
- B.Comm, B.Bus Sci or equivalent
- Minimum three years relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in a role where process optimization/analysis is a key aspect
- Any experience that demonstrates your ability to function well in a detailed environment with particular concern for accuracy and quality
- Any experience that demonstrates your ability to deal with complexity and your ability to be an analytical problem solver
- Good understanding of the Institutional business processes is an advantage
- Knowledge of FPM is an advantage
Key Performance Areas:
- Analyse business requirements Analyse integration and system requirements
- Design and document process and system solutions
- Support new business processes and train users
- Work with the developers to ensure the understanding of the requirements
- Develop test scripts that test the software against the business requirements
- Run the tests and log defects where the software does not function correctly
- Assist with the analysis of production defects as needed
- Work as an integral part of an Institutional IT scrum team
