A Leading Retail Company in the Southern Suburbs requires an Assistant Business Solutions Analyst to handle all wholesale related requirements as the single point of contact for local business.

Duties: 

• SPOC for all wholesale requirements from local business
• Handle ticket logging & following up
• Handle all AFS upgrade activity
• Liaise with external warehouse for XI related matters
• Double hatting on X-functional SPOC rate
• Assist IT Manager on project related activities

Essential Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 to 3 years support SAP Environment on SD
• Minimum 2 years IT experience in a client facing role
• SAP experience with SD & or MM experience
• MS Office experience
• Exposure to service desk environment
• Experience with analytical activities on SAP
• Project IT experience advantageous
• Intermediate service desk skills
• Advanced SAP skills
• Must be able to spend short periods away from home
• Drivers license & own vehicle essential
• Ability to meet strict deadlines & work under pressure
• Have an interest in a sporting environment
