A Leading Retail Company in the Southern Suburbs requires an Assistant Business Solutions Analyst to handle all wholesale related requirements as the single point of contact for local business.
Duties:
- SPOC for all wholesale requirements from local business
- Handle ticket logging & following up
- Handle all AFS upgrade activity
- Liaise with external warehouse for XI related matters
- Double hatting on X-functional SPOC rate
- Assist IT Manager on project related activities
Essential Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 to 3 years support SAP Environment on SD
- Minimum 2 years IT experience in a client facing role
- SAP experience with SD & or MM experience
- MS Office experience
- Exposure to service desk environment
- Experience with analytical activities on SAP
- Project IT experience advantageous
- Intermediate service desk skills
- Advanced SAP skills
- Must be able to spend short periods away from home
- Drivers license & own vehicle essential
- Ability to meet strict deadlines & work under pressure
- Have an interest in a sporting environment
