Job title and Job grade:

  • ARIS Business Process Modeller
  • Job grade can be that of Business Analyst or Consultant, pending experience.
  • This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position, and pending experience and performance, may evolve into a permanent role.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • The candidate must at least have 3-5 years’ experience, with ARIS modelling. (this excludes modelling in MS Visio)
  • An individual that poses prior experience in business process modelling, and the documenting of effective business processes through application of process modelling in ARIS. Prior engineering and delivery experience will be an advantage, as well as previous experience inside Client.
  • Relevant Business or IT degree required.
  • MS Visio experience will be an advantage, but ARIS experience is very much required.

 

Reporting lines

The ARIS modellers will report into the projects team, and will work in a large team of process modellers, that will model provided processes into ARIS. No Engineering skills are required, and no content will need to be provided. This is a pure ARIS modelling role.

 

Role specifications

  • Completed business process documents will be provided, for translation and documenting into ARIS.
  • Integration and interfacing between processes will also need to be incorporated in the deliverables.
  • The role will be limited to Business Process Modelling in ARIS. Due to the pressure and deliverable dates on the project, resource without ARIS experience will not be considered, even though their MS Visio skills might be sound.
  • Adherence to ARIS models, Governance and reporting requirements.

  • Ensure knowledge transfer to designated client employees
  • Effective project close-out and hand-over
  • Reporting into the PMO and Centre of Excellence on an ad hoc basis
  • Effective communication
  • Driven, enthusiastic hard working resources needed
  • Resource that can take ownership for their work.
