4 years + Linux Server administration experience
Intermediate to Advanced MS Server knowledge

- Database administration (MySQL)
- Hardware

Windows Server Administration

- Windows Server 2000 – 2008 R2 administration
- DNS administration (AD DNS)
- Mail server administration (Exchange 2003 – 2010)
- Webhosting (IIS 6 / 7)
- Strong Windows security understanding (File sharing / access)
- Database administration (MS SQL)
- Strong Windows Server troubleshooting skills

General technical skill requirement:

- Strong understanding of networking
- Strong understanding of general network security, including firewalls, server / sharing permissions
- General understanding of different internet / networking connections (ADSL, 3G, WiMAX, WiFi, VPN, etc.)
- All round strong IT knowledge

General requirements:

- Strong telephonic skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting skills (logical thinking)
