Our Sandton based Client seeks to employ an IT Services Administrator to coordinate service orientated processes and IT administration tasks as well as oversee procurement and document management processes.
Required Skills and experience
- Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
- ITIL or similar IT Framework qualification
- Project administration and technical qualifications a plus
- Experience in a Service orientated environment
- IT administration experience
- Procurement experience
- Solid ITIL and service process experience
Responsibilities
- Track and co-ordinate all IT service requests
- Follow-up and track incidents and control to ensure that incidents are resolved timeously
- Document and align processes as per business requirement
- Accumulate, process and present statistical reports
- Co-ordinate IT Procurement process
- General IT administration
- Basic Project administration
