Our Sandton based Client seeks to employ an IT Services Administrator to coordinate service orientated processes and IT administration tasks as well as oversee procurement and document management processes.
Required Skills and experience
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
ITIL or similar IT Framework qualification
Project administration and technical qualifications a plus
Experience in a Service orientated environment
IT administration experience
Solid ITIL and service process experience
Track and co-ordinate all IT service requests
Follow-up and track incidents and control to ensure that incidents are resolved timeously
Document and align processes as per business requirement
Accumulate, process and present statistical reports
