• To manage Data Centre Solutions, Microsoft solutions, Network integration and security.
• Overall Management of the Engineering Team and ensure profitable growth

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years proven ability as an Operations Manager in an IT production/operations environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL
• Have broad understanding on Networking technologies, Server, Storage and Microsoft solutions and consistently work to improve technical knowledge
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor organisations
• Act as an afterhours escalations manager
• Be contactable telephonically after hours
• Co-ordinate and manage escalated incidents and problem that occur after hours
• PC skills – MS Office (2007), SNDC (ServiceNOWDotCom)
• Matric Senior Certificate
• Tertiary Education will be an added advantage
