CCI is the largest outsourced International Call Centre in Southern Africa, seeks a dynamic systems administrator to join their team of highly skilled IT Administrators in this fast paced and ever evolving environment.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Maintain and proactively monitor server and network infrastructure.
- Install and configure servers, network devices, applications and other peripherals that integrate with the LAN.
- Implementing effective measures to protect systems and applications.
Requirements–
- Experience within the Contact Centre environment desirable.
- Attention to detail, drive and high level of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Must be proactive in anticipating the complexities around changes within the infrastructure.
Systems Experience –
- MS Exchange Server 2010
- Experience of Cisco systems (Core and Floor switching fabric)
- MS AD Forest
- VMWARE vSphere v5
- VMware View v5
- Thin-client based MS Terminal Server Desktops access
- Layer 2 and 3 Network Topologies
- VoIP Telephony (SIP and TFTP protocols)
Skills –
- A+, N+, MCSE
- CCNA
