CCI is the largest outsourced International Call Centre in Southern Africa, seeks a dynamic systems administrator to join their team of highly skilled IT Administrators in this fast paced and ever evolving environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Maintain and proactively monitor server and network infrastructure.
  • Install and configure servers, network devices, applications and other peripherals that integrate with the LAN.
  • Implementing effective measures to protect systems and applications.

 

Requirements–

  • Experience within the Contact Centre environment desirable.
  • Attention to detail, drive and high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Must be proactive in anticipating the complexities around changes within the infrastructure.

 

Systems Experience –

  • MS Exchange Server 2010
  • Experience of Cisco systems (Core and Floor switching fabric)
  • MS AD Forest 
  • VMWARE vSphere v5
  • VMware View v5
  • Thin-client based MS Terminal Server Desktops access
  • Layer 2 and 3 Network Topologies
  • VoIP Telephony (SIP and TFTP protocols)

  • A+, N+, MCSE
