- Extensive hands-on experience with PL/SQL and SQL

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle technologies, including:
- SQL Tuning (TKPROF, EXPLAIN PLAN, optimizer hints, wait events)
- Database Performance Tuning (STATSPACK, AWR)
- Oracle Partitioning
- Oracle Advanced Security (Fine-Grained Access Control for VPD)
- Heterogeneous Connectivity and Transparent gateway
- Extensive experience with Oracle utilities: Import / Export (including Data Pump), SQL*Loader, SQL*Plus
- Extensive experience with ETL processing
- Experience in logical and physical data modelling
- Knowledge of various software development tools: SQL Plus, PL/SQL Developer, Toad for Oracle, Sybase PowerDesigner
- DBA experience
- Good knowledge of enterprise level workflow automation tools: Rational ClearQuest and Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Communicating with clients on BI solution requirements
